A little bit about me…
Space Camp 2006
My name is Janet Sizelove and this is my fourth year teaching 7th grade math. I have also taught 6th, 3rd, and 2nd grades. I currently live in Alabama, but grew up in Arizona. I have always loved math. I attribute this to my dad’s love of math. He used to grill me over math problems at the dinner table every night. My dad even wrote a math book! Maybe a math book is in my future too? You never know.
My goal this year is to get you excited about math! I want all of my students to understand how knowledge of math can help them succeed in the “real world”. I will work toward this goal by using inquiry learning, hands on activities that relate to student interests, and a postive attitude!
